Dick Graves Director of Marina Operations. Dick has over 30 years experience in the marine and hospitality industry.
Previously, in addition to executive positions with independent hotels and major international hotel chains, he has been involved in developing and operating a major megayacht marina, V.P. of Business Development for a resort & yachting center in South Florida and General Manager for two major marinas in the Northeast. He has also served as Director of Marketing for a yacht repair facility and General Manager for a ferry operation in New York Harbor. Dick holds a U.S.C.G. 100 Ton Master’s License and is a Certified Sailing Instructor for the American Sailing Association.

Art Kane, Vice President, a former cruise line executive with extensive contacts throughout the Caribbean, has worked with Port Developers since 1995 developing plans and proposals for cruise ports that would enable them to better serve the cruise passenger interests and improve revenues for local businesses. He provides expertise in feasibility studies and Market analysis both in the United States and thoughout the world.

Maura Brassil - Vice President of Sales & Marketing, Chub Cay. Maura Brassil has over 25 years in the tourism industry with a concentration in the Caribbean. Maura has held Vice President and Director positions at the Ocean Reef Club in Key Largo, Valentine’s resort on Harbour Island, Casa Monica Hotel in St. Augustine and the Palm Coast Golf Resort in Palm Coast, Fl. She has also served as the Executive Director of the Bahamas Out Islands Promotion Board which included 80 hotels on 14 islands in the Bahamas.

Jeremy Thayer is the Auto CAD (Computer Aided Design) specialist. He learned his initial skills as a CAD designer at Palm Beach Community College and Florida Atlantic University. As a CAD designer for Show Management for four years, he has honed his skills working on dock design and layouts for major boat shows including the Ft Lauderdale International Boat Show. As International Marinas CAD designer he has worked with Andrew Doole on various marina design projects.

Raul Miranda, Director Of Tournaments and Special Events, has more than 30 years experience in promoting and running fishing tournaments and marina related events. He has successfully conducted over 500 tournaments and events as Tournament Director of Bacardi’s Bimini Big Game Fishing Club. Two major annual tournaments he is associated with are the Bacardi Billfish Tournament and the Bahamas Wahoo Championship. In addition to tournaments , Raul schedules and coordinates all special events at our marinas, including manufacturer’s and broker’s rendezvous.
